Republic of Ireland/HSE Customers Philips Device Update - 30th June 2021
Air Liquide Healthcare has been made aware of a Field Safety Notice (FSN) by the manufacturer Philips relating to ventilation devices - please see below:

The Health Products Regulatory Authority (HPRA) in Ireland, is monitoring this situation and working closely with the HSE. Both have issued statements and will issue additional information and guidance when available.

Based on current information supplied by Philips, the HSE recommends that all patients continue to use their device as prescribed until a replacement device is supplied or the device repaired.
